Refunds and Returns Policy

At Habib Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Returns

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

• If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@habibperfume.com with photos.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened perfumes

• Sale or clearance items
